twirly skirts
I fell in love with this simple little skirt tutorial at House on Hill Road and went to work cutting up a scrub top that I picked up second hand, not because I needed it but because I liked the feel and look of the fabric. I couldn’t quite get the same measurements from the top but it was still twirly enough to make my girly quite spinny.
In fact, she was so enamored with it that she has become a twirly skirt fiend and will wear little else. I made her 2 more of them with some modifications (no side tie) and she was pleased as punch.
